I am an absolute wimp when it comes to pain and have avoided getting a hollywood for ages. I finally plucked up the courage because this place had great reviews and i was made to feel reassured from the moment i was booking my appointment on the phone. They are incredibly experienced and the wax was way less painful than i had imagined it to be. They used hard wax and ensure that every last hair is grabbed. The entire process was calming and i left feeling really pleased. I imagine the lady would have worked quicker if it wasn't my first time, but the entire thing lasted 30 mins (they give a 30 min estimate anyway) and that was her going easy on me! Imagine if she worked at her normal pace! Will definitely be coming back.

One of the most pleasant Brazilian wax experiences I've had. They definitely make the effort to make it as painless as possible. Also come out with great looking brows every time. They're very thorough and make sure whatever they do suits you.

The ladies were very knowledgeable and talked you through what they were doing. Finding a new place to get your brows done can be risky, but here? no risk at all! They're incredible! Definitely recommending you guys to everyone i know! Best brows I've had in a long time!

The owners were extremely friendly. Not knowing what sort of hairstyle I was after they gave me a haircut that I was very happy with. It was good value for money and they offer an extensive range of other beauty services that are reasonable in price too and this place is definitely worth a visit! Every month I treat myself to a coffee at Crazy Fox in the arcade in Broadmead, then I have an amazing treatment afterwards at Beauty Zone! The staff at Beauty Zone are so friendly, I always feel very relaxed and comfortable with whom ever carries out my treatment! The atmosphere is busy with lovely music playing, you can count on the regulars having there eyebrows done, while upstairs there are girls being treated to massages, waxing etc. The best thing about Beauty Zone is how professional each member of the team are, I've been able to fit in a full leg/bikini in my lunch time at work before, and they always fit me in!!

I had never let anybody near my eyebrows before, so this was a first time experience for me - I have since been there twice and will be going for a third time. Lovely ladies that work in there, who knew exactly what to do with my eyebrows in regards to threading and tinting. I am so impressed and it is a shame that I had not discovered this place sooner as I am leaving Bristol soon! 5 stars for service and quality of treatment, thank you!

I am so happy with my treatment. When you first walk into Beauty Zone you think the decor does need a bit of love. HOWEVER don't be fooled. The lovely lady who did my treatment said she had over 10 years of experience and it showed. For a treatment that's usually very painful and pretty embarrassing, she made it a lot easier! She was quick and reassuring. I was really pleased with the result and would definitely go back again.Great value and very professional.
